WEX Europe Services, is a joint venture between U.S. firm WEX Inc. and Cheshire based Radius Payment Solutions. In 2013 the company acquired the Esso Card™ portfolio and began supplying fuel cards to the European market.
The growing company sought Crewe as a location for their European HQ and moved into new offices on Emperor Way in April 2014. The company have been supported with their move into their new EU headquarters, which included some consolidation from existing offices into the site. The support package included workforce, skills and lifestyle information, which helped their decision-making process of being based in Crewe. Since 2014 the company has continued to grow in Crewe, expanding its product range to include telematics products and has increased take up of floor space at Emperor Court to accommodate their expanding workforce.
Since initially working with WEX Europe Services, the workforce has increased significantly and we provide ongoing support including travel planning and skills and Apprenticeship Levy advice.
