RedEye is a Marketing Technology company specialising in Marketing Automation, CRO (conversion rate optimisation) and Predictive Analysis. They are experts in employing data driven strategies and unique technologies and solutions. This provides their clients with customer insight and data that drives highly personalised and successful cross channel communications that attract, engage and convert prospects and customers.

Headquartered within the beautiful settings of Crewe Hall Farm, RedEye has grown significantly over the last 5 years to now employ around 170 employees across three offices in London, Crewe and Milton Keynes, with a satellite office in Germany. RedEye hired their first Apprentice in October 2015, and now employ 12 Apprentices across the business. They were recently voted as having one of the Top 5 Tech Apprenticeships Schemes in the North.

Specific areas of support from The Skills & Growth Company have included: liaising with local bus operators to improve access for staff relying on public transport; providing advice on how best to harness the impact of the Apprenticeship Levy; helping RedEye shape local education and training provision through involvement in the ESF funded FUSE project and liaison with Cheshire East’s WEAVE Creative & Digital Taskforce.
