Based in Crewe and established in 1971; Repclif provide a wide range of specialist Qualkem branded and bespoke chemicals for cleaning and hygiene applications, covering commercial and leisure markets to specialist cleaning products for the dental market and brass instruments.
The Skills & Growth Company has provided intensive assistance and coaching to help the business owner and senior management team to develop a clear vision and set an ambitious two year growth target to double its revenue.
This is underpinned by a set of business objectives for implementation across the business such as creating a key account strategy to grow existing accounts, identify new sales prospects and improve marketing activity and their sales propositions.
Areas of key focus include their website, social media presence and publicity to ensure the business projects an improved image and can convey its quality and customer service ethos.
Within their operational side of the business we helped Repclif to refocus and rationalise their product range whilst introducing cost-efficiency objectives to maximise profitability.
